However, we cannot guarantee the reliability or accuracy of the information contained within its pages where information may come from third parties such as suppliers and manufacturers.

Where the same products are available via other online stores, different prices may apply.
All prices are shown in £s sterling and exempt from VAT.
Delivery costs are a set price of £4.20.
Payment will be taken via PayPal.

Availability of Products
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice.
If products cannot be supplied for any reason, you will not be charged and you will be refunded any money already paid for them.
Simply Crafts & Scents will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer, if products ordered are not supplied.
Delivery Charges and Delivery Times
Most orders are delivered within 1-4 working days.
Dates are given in good faith, but are not the subject of any warranty or condition.
No liability will attach to Simply Crafts & Scents if delivery periods or dates are not met.

Any shortages must be notified to us within 7 days from delivery.
Incorrect products: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect products supplied within 7 days from delivery.
Non-Delivery of goods: Simply Crafts & Scents will not accept liability for goods lost in transit, unless notified within 7 days from the expected delivery date.
